4 Hour Rate: $350

 

Time frames are from unlock to lock up. Any décor and cleanup MUST be done within the 4 hour time frame . ($50 per additional hour)

Rate includes: tables, chairs, caterers kitchen

Seats up to 32 with

• (8) high top bistro tables and stools OR

• (4) 8ft rectangular tables and banquet chairs

• Open catering policy or bring in your own food and non alcoholic beverages.

Capacity depends on seating arrangement. 

 

When renting the Loft Space you have the option to include the upstairs recreation loft as an add-on charge of $50.
